Board Meeting Minutes
Public Comment Period:
Community members will be given 3 minutes of uninterrupted time to present non-agenda items of concern. The board secretary will set a timer, at the end of which the board may ask questions for clarification or comment.
There will be no interruptions or comments from non-board members after the public comment period has concluded. Exceptions may be made for non-board members who serve on a committee that is asked to report.
Board members and the director will be available for 30 minutes immediately following the meeting to answer questions (to the best of their ability) and listen to concerns from community members.
