Coffee urns/carafes and hot water kettle are included in the rental as are tables and chairs.

No open flames allowed.
No helium balloons allowed in the great room due to ribbons getting caught in fans, destroying the fan motors. Helium balloons are allowed in the other areas of the building as long as they are secured with weights.
Deposit and Cancellation
Deposit
The rental is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The deposit is refundable, provided there is no damage to the facility and all areas are left in the same condition as it was before the event. Refund of deposit is based on the final walk-through of the facility with the designated representative of the Silverton 50+ Center.
Cancellation
If the rental is canceled within 8-14 days prior to the event, one-half of the deposit will be forfeited. If cancelation occurs within seven days prior to the event, the entire deposit is forfeited.
